Note from the Author
I am Ligia, and like you, I have lost a loved one.
I welcome you with a hug and hope that you feel understood if you don’t know how to begin walking this path known as grief. You may feel confused and even frustrated by the many messages society sends us, as it is generally expected that we should be fine and move through grief as quickly as possible. Friends and family may say things that don’t help. That’s why I’m creating this space, where we can validate our grief and at the same time open our hearts to heal from the inside out, from our soul.
