How does it make you feel in these moments when the unspeakable has happened? You have lost a loved one, and your heart has shattered into a thousand pieces. Due to this challenge we face when experiencing grief, I wrote Let me live my grief… and heal from the inside out, which I virtually released on August 8, 2022, honoring my mother on her birthday. I’m sharing the video of that event with you:

Grief is a unique experience.
Because grief can be a solitary experience and we often feel misunderstood, I have created this Facebook group where you can join and open your heart without fear of being judged. It is my intention with this book and these different supportive elements to raise awareness about the need to feel validated, as it is our right. If you would like more information, simply send your name and email, and in less than 24 hours, you will be part of the group.

This book is also designed for the person supporting the griever.

Note from the Author

I am Ligia, and like you, I have lost a loved one.

I welcome you with a hug and hope that you feel understood if you don’t know how to begin walking this path known as grief. You may feel confused and even frustrated by the many messages society sends us, as it is generally expected that we should be fine and move through grief as quickly as possible. Friends and family may say things that don’t help. That’s why I’m creating this space, where we can validate our grief and at the same time open our hearts to heal from the inside out, from our soul.
