For 5 years we held a guided meditation class on Tuesdays.
Starting on Tuesday 21 we will be having a Circle of Gratitude every Tuesday where we will have the opportunity to start cultivating and embracing gratitude in our lives. If we want to be happier let’s be grateful!
According to Mayo Clinic A daily gratitude practice has been shown to significantly increase your happiness — and your physical health. Practicing gratitude improves sleep, boosts immunity and decreases the risk of disease.
In our Circle of Gratitude we will share in group and engage in activities that promote being grateful. Our group will end with a gratitude guided meditation.
